We moved to Montana from the big city in 1994 to simplify our lives and spend more time together as a family, doing important things like hiking, fishing and playing golf.

 

Our Vision

Our vision is to create happy homes and neighborhoods, where the longer you live there, the more you love living there. To create the kind of place that makes great memories.

 

Our Philosophy

We believe that our homes and our neighborhoods should reflect our values, that is, our appreciation of friends, family and Montana's natural environment.

We build smaller, more efficient homes because lots of folks are looking for homes that fit them better. Our homes use up less building material, take up less land and cost less to heat and maintain. Building homes that are sensitive to the natural environment is important to us.

Building neighborhoods that encourage people to make personal connections with their neighbors is important to us.

The idea is to simply live well.
