Annie Street Cottages

Annie Street Cottages is a quiet neighborhood of single-family homes located at the western end of Bozeman, Montana. Because of the street layout around the neighborhood, there's almost no drive-by traffic.

The neighborhood is located just 1/3 mile south of Gallatin County's 100-acre regional park.

The Annie Street Cottages neighborhood has homes to the west, but the land immediately to the north, east and south is currently undeveloped, which makes the neighborhood feel more rural.

Most of the neighborhood's 33 homes are either next to or across the street from the community park.

Haggerty Lane Cottages

Haggerty Lane Cottages are located on the south side of Haggerty Lane about 3/4 mile southeast of the intersection of Haggerty Lane and East Main Street. The neighborhood has views of the Bridger Mountain Range to the north and the Gallatin Mountain Range to the south.

The Bozeman Deaconess Hospital complex is located just a one-minute drive west of the Haggerty Lane Cottages on Highland Boulevard.  The neighborhood has easy access to all of the shops and stores on historic Main Street in downtown Bozeman.

Haggerty Lane Cottages will have a total of 25 cottage homes built at the site when it’s completed.  The site is carefully planned to maximize park land, open space and provides a trail system.  Every cottage is strategically positioned on the site to take full advantage of privacy and personal space.

The land around the homes is mostly undeveloped at present.  Across Haggerty Lane to the east are single-family homes on larger rural lots. The land to the south and west of the cottage neighborhood is part of a large subdivision planned by the Bozeman Deaconess Health Services and includes the future development of a large park and trail system. The 5-acre site to the West is currently being developed as a medical campus.
