Our Cottages are single-family detached condominiums that combine the benefits of a single family home (a private fenced yard and no shared walls) with the benefits of a condo...maintenance-free living.

 

Maintenance Free Living

Every Cottage owner is a member of a Homeowner’s Association (HOA).  This HOA is professionally managed to provide services for maintenance-free living, including:

• Maintenance of all landscaping, including parks, open spaces and inside each private fenced yard
• Snow removal from roads, sidewalks & driveways
• Exterior maintenance for every cottage

 

Design Features

Every Cottage is designed around the way people live, with functionality, efficiency & appealing aesthetics in mind.  The Cottages are designed to maximize privacy while encouraging people to meet their neighbors.  The windows are large and strategically-positioned to provide lots of natural light, sun exposure and good views. But they're also placed so that you won’t be looking into your neighbor’s home. The floor plans are open and create comfortable spaces that can be enjoyed by you, your family and friends.  

 

Warranty

Every newly constructed Cottage comes with a one year Certificate of Warranty from the builder/developer that begins the day of closing.  A sample copy of the warranty can be provided for review upon request.
